Lyophilised peptides are shipped in sealed, light-protected and impact-resistant packaging. Lyophilised material is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit, preserving the integrity of your compounds.

• ▸ Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on business days are dispatched the same day.
• ▸ UK standard delivery: 1–2 business days.
• ▸ EU delivery: 3–5 business days.
• ▸ International delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on customs.

All orders are packaged in plain, secure outer packaging with minimal external labelling. Each vial or box is labelled with compound name, lot number, and storage instructions for traceability.

Upon receipt, store lyophilised peptides as indicated on the product label. Most products remain stable for months when stored sealed, protected from light, and at the recommended temperature. Reconstituted solutions should be used according to your protocol.
